The fully equipped kitchen at this 4-star holiday home was a real game-changer for us. It had everything we needed to whip up a delicious meal and felt like a chef's haven. We even joked that Gordon Ramsay would approve of our culinary skills!
Parking was a bit limited.

the cottage itself was perfect, well-equipped, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. It was a joy to observe the abundance of wildlife during our stay, including beautiful garden birds like goldfinches. We even had the privilege of spotting a Merlin and a stoat in the nearby vicinity. the lambing season added an extra charm, as we delighted in watching the adorable lambs frolicking in the fields. I must mention that Jennie, our host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even treating us to homemade flapjacks and a warm cup of tea upon arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend Gallaber Cottage and can't wait to return.
Hard to think of anything 😊

This place was the perfect retreat for a cozy Christmas getaway. The cottage had everything we needed, the kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook up a storm. The best part was the breathtaking views of the hills and the cute sheep in the field next door. It was like we were in our own little paradise, away from all the hustle and bustle. Plus, it was just a short drive to town where we could grab some essentials and indulge in some yummy fish & chips. Truly the best Christmas ever!
Honestly, there was nothing that we didn't like about our stay. Everything was just perfect.

The cottage had a fully equipped kitchen which was a total game-changer for me. As a fan of home-cooked meals, I could indulge in my culinary fantasies and whip up delicious dishes whenever I wanted. It felt like my very own MasterChef experience!
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the karaoke machine available. But hey, to each their own, right?
